About DTS
Dairy Technology Services (DTS) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the NDA Group, and was first established in December, 2000. DTS operates as the nationwide on-farm sales and service arm of the NDA Group, which acquired the company in March, 2007.
DTS provides all equipment required to manage the on-farm cool chain including vats fabricated by NDA, refrigeration equipment and primary cooling equipment capable of cooling milk to 4ºC on entry to the farm vat. The service operation ensures ongoing operation and prompt recovery if failure occurs.
The company’s highly experienced and skilled people have built its strong reputation for rapid response times and competitive service, with a strong commitment to quickly resolving client problems. Recent innovations have resulted in DTS filing 2 patents in the last two years.
DTS provides a wide range of service and support systems for its customers, including a Customer Service Centre, on-farm advisory services, a range of service options and delivery of a comprehensive range of refrigeration units. DTS service plans offer peace of mind and flexibility for all its customers throughout New Zealand.
